At Torres Handmade, every product is crafted by hand in our New York City studio using natural, high-quality materials. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we appreciate your understanding when it comes to processing and delivery times.
Processing Time
All items are handmade to order or produced in small batches.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Details
We ship only within the United States.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Carriers: USPS (based on your selection).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping on a limited basis.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, where applicable.
Delivery Issues
Torres Handmade is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages after they’ve been shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Returns

Item must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
